Orders and Shipping

No, but for some products we offer free delivery. These delivery may or may not contain tracking information depends on the order value. 

Most products with delivery fee or free delivery will arrive within 2 to 7 business days but due high demands and postal disruptions please allow up to 2 – 14 days to receive  your order, unless stated otherwise on the individual product page.

If you need to update your order or delivery information, please email hello@ezlesi.com with your order number and requested updates. If your order has not delivered, we will do our very best to accommodate all order update requests.

You can track your order on the link provided on the delivery confirmation email, or you can also track the order in here with the tracking number provided in your delivery confirmation.

We do not charge tax but when you receive the order from post office or any shipping carrier you may have to pay duty if you placed the order from a different country other than Sri Lanka.

We ship worldwide but if you want to make sure, you can always email us the product link and check with us.
